Plants, troughs, planters, compost...

Thanks to our Open Arts groundforce team led by Sarah and Jim and the donations we have received so far, our outside space at the Art House is having a much-needed transformation.

Our plan is to have living walls and raised troughs filled with evergreens and perennials to make the outside space greener for the community and participants that attend the art house and use the Hadleigh Old Fire Station

A wall of green shrubs/tall bamboo in pots will provide much needed environmental help, filtering the emissions from the traffic, providing a calming sound in the wind and can act as a sound barrier against the traffic and let’s face it would look a whole lot nicer than the broken fences - there is always hope!

If you can donate, suggest anyone that can help or permanently loan; any troughs, decking, soil, plants, hard cash/vouchers, fence panels or just share this email- you would be an even lovelier human than you are already!
