New 12‑Week Courses – starting in September
We are pleased to announce a new 12‑week course starting in September on Wednesdays at the Brentwood Resource Centre and also on Fridays at the Basildon Community Resource Centre supported by the Occupational Therapy teams.

How to Take Part
If you are interested in joining the programme, please speak to a member of staff at the EPUT service you attend and ask to be referred.
A message for EPUT staff:
If you have a group of clients that would be interested and a suitable space available. Please contact jo.keay1@nhs.net
The space ideally:
* would be an art room
* have access to a sink and storage
* have good natural light
* have good storage
* be available for three hours at the same time and day each week or we could offer two sessions over a full day
* An EPUT staff member would also need to attend to offer mental health support to the group
Please note we are unable to work on secure units or with those that are high risk.
